Shipping and Returns
Orders are currently only shipped via UPS ground. Please allow up to 2 days to process your order and then the normal ground shipping time. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the product ships. If you need the item faster than this then please call or e-mail us and we can expedite your order for an additional fee.
Shipping costs are displayed at the time of checkout.
Taxes are calculated based on the ship to address. We are forced to collect a sales tax of 8.25% for sales within the state of Texas. Shipments to addresses outside of Texas are not charged a sales tax.
- You have 21 calender days from the date you received it to request a refund. We accept returns and will refund your purchase if you are not happy with it, and it is still in new condition, or if the board has a manufacturing defect. We take pride in every piece that we ship and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Contact us at email@example.com for more instructions.
- Once we receive the item we will inspect it and inform you that we received it and issue a refund to the same account that the original purchase was made.
- You have 30 calender days from the date you received it to request an exchange for an identical product. Exchanges are not allowed for color variations in the wood, minor tool marks, or dimension variances of less than 1/2″ from product listing. If there is a true defect in the product that we somehow missed and you would like a replacement then we would be happy to exchange it for you.
- You are responsible for shipping costs on any returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Address For Returns
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning an item. We will be happy to take it back and give you a shipping address to send the cutting board.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
If you need to ship to a P.O. box you must contact us prior to placing your order. We will find a way to get you your board, but by default we only support shipping to a physical address.
